Ollie Phillips
Head Coach of Wales Women’s Rugby 7’s team and former captain of the England Rugby 7’s team, Ollie lives an extraordinary life. With an illustrious career in professional rugby, he is also a successful business man, holds 2 Guinness World Records, is a motivational speaker and expedition leader! Ollie is a dedicated supporter of charities close to his heart. We are delighted that SKRUM is one of those charities.
David Flatman
‘Flats” played rugby at Saracens and Bath where he proved himself to be one of the finest front row forwards in English rugby union gaining eight caps for his country. Since retiring from professional rugby, Flats has made a successful career in sports broadcasting and is one half of the successful ‘Flats & Shanks’ rugby podcast. Flats has hosted a number of events in support of SKRUM and we are thrilled he has joined us as an Ambassador.
World Rugby
SKRUM are very proud to have been selected as a World Rugby Spirit of Rugby partner for 2019/2020. The partnership enabled SKRUM to introduce the Umbhoco weNgabisa / Rugby just for Women programme. To find out more about the Spirit of Rugby programme click here.
Atlas Foundation
The Atlas Foundation was founded by Jason Leonard and other rugby champions to tackle the biggest issues facing children and adults around the world through the power of rugby and the support of the rugby family. SKRUM is honoured to be part of this family. To find out more click here.
Mercury Phoenix Trust
The Mercury Phoenix Trust was founded in memory of rock band Queen’s iconic lead singer, Freddie Mercury, who died from AIDS in 1991. The trust has since gifted over $17million to support Education and Awareness projects in the global battle against HIV/AIDS including the SKRUM schools outreach programme.
